The Philippines, 2019
Arrival in Manila, getting around the city you can take these jeepneys, you basically find one going the direction you need and you can ask the driver to jump off when you please. You pay the driver when you enter and he gives you back your change as he is driving; everyone helps each other passing the money back and forth. As you can see, they get a little crowded sometimes too.
Night Market - Our colleague, Alex was staying in Manila for the entire Chinese New Year and he invited us to eat at this night market.
Leaving Manila
Next stop, Puerto Princesa and then a 5 hour van ride to El Nido.
First island hopping trip! Tour A- Laura and Danny in the trunk.
After an amazing day, we quickly showered and made it to the beach just in time to see the incredible sun set at Corong Corong beach!
The next day we went zip lining over the ocean.

The third day we did a Via Ferrata and saw the view of El Nido city.
Later, we took a shuttle to Lio Beach
We saw another breath-taking sun set!
The fourth day, Danny was out of commission for the first part, but luckily he started to feel better and we had a lovely dinner with the sunset at Corong Corong beach again. The restaurant had a kitten :)
Our final full day in El Nido, we did another island hopping tour - Tour C

The next day, we returned to Puerto Princesa and spent two nights there.
We went on the Underground River Tour while we were there.
