Amazing restaurant with live entertainment!
Some of my favourite foods I had been missing all in one meal. Potato skins with guacamole salsa and sour cream, hummus with garlic bread and greek salad along with a delicious healthy smoothie! Mom enjoyed her meal too!
Day 3
We did a full day tour of the island!
First we watched a traditional Balinese show
After we went to a place where they make handmade fabrics
Next we went to a place where they make handmade jewlerry

Out next stop was a coffee plantation. This is a native Balinese animal that eats coffee beans, digests them and then the coffee beans are washed and reused. The animal is called a Luwak.

The coffee that is produced from the Luwak's droppings is the most expensive coffee in the world. In Australia, one cup can be sold for up to $50.
My $5 cup of the worlds most expensive coffee. It actually has less caffeine then regular coffee because the Luwak absorbs some of the caffeine is its body.
It was a bit bitter, I needed some sugar!

Really tight security because of an international environmental conference coming up that our very own Stephen Harper was in attendance. We also had to go through a scanner every time we entered our second hotel.
